Flynn is seeking a Junior/Graduate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join our project teams in Cork and Limerick. You will help deliver safe projects onsite, maintain the Safety Management System, and support the CMS system under guidance from senior HSQE staff.

The role suits a proactive, highly organized graduate with a third level qualification in a related discipline, good communication, and a willingness to develop in the Construction sector.

Formación

• Third level qualification or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Construction experience preferable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full clean driver’s license preferable.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general support and assistance to the HSQE Team.
• Assisting with site administration and weekly reports.
• Assist in providing weekly site audits and progress reports to the client.
• Deliver Health and Safety Inductions for new starts.
• Maintaining training matrix and advise management of training requirements.
• Carrying out site inspections and audits with the EHS Team.
• Collecting and collating relevant information.
• Maintenance of safety documentation and paperwork.
• Support management at all levels to improve safety and health performance.
