Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment in Ireland is seeking a Junior Digital Construction Coordinator for a Tier 1 construction client in Wexford. This permanent, on-site role focuses on BIM, digital construction and information management, ideal for recent graduates or those at an early career stage.

You will assist with project information coordination, support the Information Manager and BIM team, and collaborate with design teams and subcontractors on model coordination, BEP alignment and ISO 19650

Qualifications

• A degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, BIM, Digital Construction or a related discipline.
• Some experience or exposure to BIM or digital construction, through employment, placement, internship or college projects.
• Basic understanding of 3D modelling and BIM principles.
• Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD or similar would be advantageous.
• An interest in developing your knowledge of BIM coordination and information management.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Organised and able to work towards project deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing a career within digital construction.

Responsibilities

• Support clash detection and resolution meetings.
• Assist with model reviews, audits and quality checks.
• Help ensure project information is delivered in line with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Develop an understanding of ISO 19650 information management principles.
• Support the use of BIM and digital construction processes across projects.
• Attend project coordination meetings and site visits.
• Work with the wider Project Team to help ensure accurate and coordinated information is available when required.
