Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking driven individuals with no recruitment background to start a career in recruitment. You will receive full onboarding and mentorship, learning by doing alongside experienced colleagues to support placement of candidates.

The role offers a structured training path and transparent progression, with earnings that reflect performance, including commissions and growth across the first years in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn.
• Confidence communicating and building relationships with people.
• At least 1 year of post-graduation work experience.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa eligible required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate conversations from first contact through placement.
• Learn the recruitment process alongside mentors and apply training on the job.
• Support clients and candidates with structured guidance and clear next steps.
