Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan Ireland is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a Kerry-based construction team. You will support the Project Manager and Site Managers, monitor timelines and budgets, and help prepare commercial reports.

The role requires a 3rd Level Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 1 year in construction, preferably with an M&E or main contractor in Ireland or the UK; strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3rd Level Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year experience in construction, preferably with a M&E or main contractor in Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Site Managers in overseeing the successful completion of construction project.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objective.
• Assist in implementing the Company’s Cost & Value Management procedures and support in the preparation of commercial reports
• Facilitate coordination between teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports and updates for review by Senior Management.
