Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Junior Buyer to support the coffee team and broader commercial functions. Based in Dublin, you will help with buying, data analysis, and supplier management to optimise margins and product availability.

You will build BI dashboards, support forecasting and pricing initiatives, and work closely with Operations, Finance and Brand to drive commercial performance in a fast-growing convenience retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a commercial analyst, data analyst or similar role (retail/foodservice/FMCG preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data modelling, scenario modelling and forecasting.
• Proven experience building and managing BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to extract, manipulate and interpret data from multiple sources with strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve BI dashboards to track sales, margin, pricing and KPIs.
• Own core reporting outputs (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) and ensure data integrity.
• Support buying activities, supplier management and cost/pricing tracking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data and commercial plans.
