Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join a growing team delivering projects across Ireland. You will travel regularly to client sites, gather business requirements and support process and systems delivery, gaining broad BA experience across multiple locations.

The role suits a candidate at the start of their BA career who enjoys engaging with people on-site and is keen to develop BA and project experience while working with stakeholders at various levels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years? experience in Business Analysis, project support or a similar role.
• Strong interest in developing a career as a BA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence dealing with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to turn information into clear, structured requirements and documentation.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, user stories or UAT would be advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to sites across Ireland to meet stakeholders and understand requirements.
• Gather, document and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Meet with users to understand processes, challenges and improvements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Document current and future state processes.
• Create process maps, workflows, user stories and supporting documentation.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements with project/technical teams.
• Support system implementations and wider transformation initiatives.
• Assist with UAT, including test scenarios, issue tracking and feedback.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships across locations.
• Support senior BA and PMs across the project lifecycle.
