Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks a Junior AI Engineer to join a growing technology and automation function. The role focuses on developing AI-enabled applications, integrations and intelligent workflows to optimise business processes.

You will design, build and test AI-powered tools, APIs and automation solutions, leveraging Python, Rust, and exposure to TypeScript/Node.js, with strong emphasis on secure integrations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or AI-related field.
• Strong demonstrable portfolio of technical work may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support internal AI-powered tools and workflow automations.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations for enterprise applications and data sources.
• Develop production-quality solutions using Python and Rust; exposure to TS/Node.js where appropriate.
• Support AI agent workflows, including prompt design and tool orchestration.
• Collaborate with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, Graph) for automation.
