You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and own end-to-end delivery from ideation to production, leveraging Java, Databricks, and modern AI frameworks in a hybrid work setting in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with distributed systems.
• Hands-on AI-powered product development using LLMs and RAG.
• Experience leading design in a hybrid Dublin team.

Responsibilities

• Lead team-level design for AI-powered services and architecture.
• Build and productionise LLM integrations and agentic workflows.
• Develop data pipelines using Databricks and Spark stacks.
• Mentor engineers and drive code quality, testing, and security.
