Sisk Group is seeking a Joinery Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day joinery workshop activities within our Training Centre. This role involves supervising apprentices, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all tools and machinery, and supporting the delivery of a high-quality training programme.
The Supervisor acts as a key liaison between apprentices, instructors and management, fostering a positive learning environment while ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Joinery Floor Supervisor reports to Training Centre Manager and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities within the joinery workshop in a training centre environment. This role involves supervising apprentices, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all tools and machinery, and supporting the delivery of a high‑quality training programme. The Supervisor acts as a key liaison between apprentices, instructors and management, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Joinery Floor Supervisor is based primarily on‑site within the Training Centre’s workshop, working closely with apprentices and staff. This position may occasionally necessitate evening or weekend work to assist with ongoing supply to our projects.
