Job summary

JD.com, also known as JINGDONG, invites graduates to join the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program in Dublin. You’ll work on real accounting projects and learn how JD Logistics operates globally, from our finance hub in Ireland.

We seek Finance or Accounting graduates with strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and an aptitude for data-driven reporting. The six‑month intern-to-perm pathway provides development, visa support if needed, and a practical entry into our growing global finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Good understanding of European/UK accounting practices.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems, automation tools, or data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• We’re open to applications from Ireland or UK based students and visa support if relocation to Ireland is required.

Responsibilities

• Audit logistics & insurance bills and fix errors.
• Manage AR aging to ensure cash flow.
• Build and implement automated finance processes to scale operations.
• Break down silos by partnering with Ops, Tech, and Business teams.

About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Join our programme on an 6 month intern-to-perm graduate pathway as you build your knowledge and skills in accounting within a global business taking responsibility for accounting operations from the heart of our financial services centre in Dublin.

Keep the Cash Flow Healthy: Audit logistics & insurance bills, fix errors, and manage AR aging so cash comes in fast and friction-free.

Work Smarter, Automate Everything: Find friction in our finance processes and help build/implement automated solutions so we can scale without manual headaches.

Protect the Bottom Line: Monitor contracts, fund flows, and payment data to catch compliance risks early and eliminate the root causes of bad debt.

Break Down Silos: Partner with Ops, Tech, and Business teams to solve payment roadblocks, share financial know-how, and keep everyone aligned.

Drive Strategy with Data: Build sharp reports and data models that spot hidden risks, optimize operations, and give leadership actionable insights.

About You

Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance and/or Accounting

Good understanding of European/UK accounting practices and laws - knowledge or experience in other part-time or intern roles is always helpful

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify financial discrepancies, risks, and process improvement opportunities.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems, automation tools, or data analysis tools is an advantage.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

We're open to applications from Ireland or UK based students and will support any visa requirements if relocation to Ireland is required.
