Job summary

JD.com, also known as JINGDONG, invites graduates to join the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program in Dublin. You’ll work on real accounting projects and learn how JD Logistics operates globally, from our finance hub in Ireland.

We seek Finance or Accounting graduates with strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and an aptitude for data-driven reporting. The six‑month intern-to-perm pathway provides development, visa support if needed, and a practical entry into our growing global finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Good understanding of European/UK accounting practices.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems, automation tools, or data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• We’re open to applications from Ireland or UK based students and visa support if relocation to Ireland is required.

Responsibilities

• Audit logistics & insurance bills and fix errors.
• Manage AR aging to ensure cash flow.
• Build and implement automated finance processes to scale operations.
• Break down silos by partnering with Ops, Tech, and Business teams.
• Drive strategy with data by building reports and data models for leadership insights.
