Job summary

Korn Ferry partners with a financial services technology team to recruit a Java Engineering Lead who will steer the design and delivery of modern Java platforms, while remaining hands-on with architecture and development.

Responsibilities include leading microservices, technical mentoring, and driving event-driven architectures using Kafka and MQ in a large enterprise setting.

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Java Engineering Lead to join a large-scale financial Services technology team. This is an opportunity to lead the design and delivery of modern Java-based platforms, driving engineering excellence while remaining hands-on with architecture and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of microservices-based applications.

Work Experience

• Significant experience in software engineering, with recent experience leading development teams in large enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Java solutions within highly regulated or complex organisations preferred.
