Job summary

IT Search in Dublin is seeking several senior Java developers for 6-month rolling contracts, onsite in Sandyford 3 days a week. You will design and develop web-based Java solutions for risk management in a major banking environment.

We welcome hands-on Tech Leads or deep backend specialists with experience in Spring, REST APIs, SQL, and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of modern Java ecosystem.
• Experience building web applications and APIs using Java frameworks such as Spring.
• Strong relational database/SQL experience.
• Practical experience with containerized applications – Docker/Kubernetes.
• Practical experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
