Job summary

E-Frontiers in Dublin is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to design and build modern cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS. This contract role spans 12 months with hybrid work in Dublin and a daily rate of €500–€550.

You will join a global fintech team delivering scalable software for investment platforms, mentoring peers, and driving engineering excellence through modern CI/CD practices and automated testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Java and Spring Boot in enterprise apps.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular.
• Experience building REST APIs and cloud-native apps.
• Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Build secure REST APIs and cloud-native services deployed on AWS.
• Deliver high-quality software through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX teams, and fellow engineers to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions, engineering best practices, and platform improvements.

About You

• 5+ years' experience developing enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks).
• Experience building REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of AWS (or another major cloud platform), CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for clean, maintainable code and collaborative software development.
