Job summary

SAP Galway hosts an Internship Experience Program in Partner Operations Finance. The PES Finance Operations Intern will support end-to-end O2C processes, billing activities, and data analysis while gaining exposure to global finance operations and AI-driven process improvements.

You will collaborate across teams, prepare materials, and contribute to process improvements, staying curious and eager to learn in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and tracking of billings for the Partner Benefits Catalogue.
• Maintain and update billing and payment content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Provide internal and external stakeholders with billing and payment information.
• Support SAP Program Billings initiatives.
• Prepare team materials (meetings, workshops, documentation).
• Maintain documentation and SharePoint content.
• Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows by implementing and using AI capabilities.
• Support basic data analysis and preparation of reports or summaries.
• Assist in collecting feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

The Partner Benefits Catalog (PBC) belongs to SAP ecosystem and is a digital platform that provides partners with curated services to accelerate growth and deliver customer value.

As an PES Finance Operations Intern - You will support the team in managing and improving the Global finance operations workstreams. You will gain a deep understanding of the end‑to‑end O2C process, incorporating Billing and E‑Commerce transactions, revenue recognition operations and partner‑facing support activities.
