Job summary

Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end IVD product development from concept to commercialization across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial functions.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, define scope, milestones, and integrated plans, and manage risks, budgets, and resources to deliver compliant diagnostic solutions. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• PM experience: 4–6 years in IVD or life sciences.
• Track record of successful product development projects.
• Experience with global regulatory frameworks (IVDR/FDA) is preferred.
• Familiarity with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IVD product development workstreams across assays, instruments, and software.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain integrated project plans aligned with risk management.
• Drive execution to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
