Job summary

Vantive is a vital organ therapy company focused on extending lives through digital solutions in kidney care. The Product Development team seeks a proactive project manager to lead R&D projects, coordinate NPIs in the Castlebar plant, and ensure milestones are met with cross-functional teams.

You will write validation protocols, manage trial reports, and oversee changes to products, processes, and suppliers. Join a collaborative environment offering growth and state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology).
• Strong relevant Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience.
• Proven ability to work cross functionally as this role requires interaction with different functions within the plant.
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating new R&D led projects including New Product Introduction (NPI) in the manufacturing plant, including face-to-face meetings and updates on milestones.
• Writing validation protocols for trials, coordinating and executing trials and compiling trial reports.
• Responsibility for project administration and compliance to project plans.
• Managing product, process and supplier changes which affect Castlebar manufacturing.
• Coordination and assistance with Project EMS boards.
• Coordination of VIP projects for the plant.
• Analytical thinking using established tools for troubleshooting and investigation management.
• Help develop best practices for product development procedures.
