Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Program Manager in Operations for CardioVascular Surgery to shape and execute program strategy across new product development and lifecycle management. You will lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and planning to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in a regulated setting.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to influence across global matrix organisations and lead through indirect authority.
• Experience making strategic trade-off decisions to deliver cost, quality, and supply objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operations programs, shaping strategy and execution across development and lifecycle phases.
• Define program scope, timelines, and governance, balancing priorities, risks, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements for future Aortic products and commercialization strategies.
• Drive manufacturing process development, supplier relationships, capacity planning and validations to support launches.
