Job summary

Children’s Health Ireland seeks an IT Service Management professional to lead and embed ITIL-aligned practices across CHI Digital Health. You will drive standardisation, service quality and continuous improvement in Incident, Change, Problem and Request Management, collaborating with operational teams and stakeholders.

The role focuses on enhancing service performance, improving user experience and supporting governance, audit and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in IT Service Management or Service Delivery
• Demonstrated experience applying ITIL principles in an operational environment
• ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow)
• Strong analytical and reporting capability (Excel / dashboards / KPIs)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
