Job summary

Infosys BPM in Dublin is seeking a Mutual Fund Analyst (Italian language) to join as a Process Executive. You will manage and process mutual fund data, research and update information using internal systems, and build strong client and contributor relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Italian, with advanced Excel skills (VBA and Macros a plus) and a keen eye for detail. You will work on time-sensitive global projects and own key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance or related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA and macros are a plus.
• Background in equity markets space.
• Speed and accuracy in data processing with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Demonstrable research and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• No prior professional experience required beyond educational criteria.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding funds into the client portal.
• Extract reference data from documents (e.g., annual reports, prospectuses).
• Verify and update mutual fund corporate actions (e.g., dividends, mergers, liquidations).
• Participate in time-sensitive global projects and initiatives.
• Take ownership and actively manage key areas of responsibility.
