Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Speed and accuracy in data processing with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience not required but education and core skills must be met.

Responsibilities

• Review and update corporate bond data based on official documentation in internal systems and proprietary software.
• Respond to and resolve client queries.
• Ensure quality control of securities entered into proprietary software.
• Identify discrepancies and reconcile data.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and contributors.
• Participate in time-sensitive projects and collaborate with global colleagues on new initiatives.
