Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA and Macros are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrable research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding funds into the client portal.
• Extract reference data from documents (e.g., annual reports, prospectuses).
• Verify and update mutual fund corporate actions (e.g., dividends, mergers, liquidations).
• Participate in time-sensitive global projects and initiatives.
• Take ownership and actively manage key areas of responsibility.
• Demonstrate clear written communication and presentation skills.
