Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience within the insurance industry.
• Fluency in Italian and a strong level of English.
• Experience in commercial broking, account handling, underwriting support, policy servicing, or claims.
• Good understanding of insurance processes and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders.
• Interest in developing insurance experience within facultative reinsurance and European markets.
• Previous reinsurance experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support facultative reinsurance placements across European markets.
• Liaise with market contacts, client executives and internal teams on placement and servicing requirements.
• Communicate with Italian-speaking market and client contacts.
• Prepare and coordinate information and documentation for placements.
• Assist with slips, endorsements and other insurance and reinsurance documentation.
• Help progress market responses and resolve documentation or processing queries.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate information within deadlines.
• Support ongoing administration and servicing of client programmes.
• Work closely with the wider broking team on day-to-day placement requirements.
