Job summary

Pinewood Healthcare in Ballymacarbry, Co. Waterford, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the Application Support team. The role focuses on user administration and maintenance of IT and GMP systems across multiple sites.

You will work with global IT teams, support incident resolution, and help ensure cybersecurity practices and compliance while delivering training and technical documentation to end users. 1+ year experience is required; degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification.
• 1+ years of IT experience is essential.
• Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• User Administration for existing and upcoming IT and GMP systems.
• Coordinate workshops and attend training for implementation of new IT systems and the continuous development of existing systems.
• Support the Ticket Management System and Pinewood intranet site.
• Maintain core IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks and cloud platforms.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
