Qualifications

• Solid networking fundamentals: routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory/Entra ID administration.
• Strong PowerShell skills or willingness to develop them quickly.
• Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• Self-motivated with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Willingness to learn automotive dealer systems (Keyloop bonus).
• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Triage, resolve, and close helpdesk tickets in Freshservice.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and scripts.
• Maintain health of network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, VLANs).
• Manage Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID.
• Onboard/offboard staff: provisioning and decommissioning accounts.
• Maintain endpoint security platform across devices.
• Support telephony system: IP PBX administration.
• Review email security policies and quarantine handling.
• Support dealer systems such as Keyloop DMS.
• Use remote tools for issue resolution without on-site visits.
• Support Time & Attendance systems for HR/payroll.
• Travel between sites with a full driving licence.
