Job summary

Presidio in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of IT and digital transformation initiatives. You will own scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder communications, coordinating internal teams, suppliers and offshore delivery partners to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in IT, digital transformation, or regulated industries.
• Strong background delivering complex IT system projects (cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, digital workplace).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI) and documentation best practices.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.
• Ability to work with third parties and offshore development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-first orientation.

Responsibilities
