You will manage budgets, governance and executive reporting, identify risks and dependencies, coordinate vendors and drive adoption of delivered HR solutions across the organisation.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex HR technology and transformation programmes, developing and maintaining clear plans, milestones, delivery priorities and resource requirements. You will ensure that programme activity is coordinated across HR, IT, business teams and external partners, with a sustained focus on implementation and adoption.
You will manage programme budgets and resources, maintaining visibility of delivery progress, constraints and required decisions. You will establish and operate appropriate governance arrangements, ensuring that stakeholders receive timely, accurate information and that the programme has clear routes for decision‑making, escalation and oversight.
You will identify, assess and manage programme risks, issues, interdependencies and delivery impacts. You will work proactively with internal teams, vendors and external partners to resolve blockers, manage dependencies and protect delivery outcomes.
You will coordinate third‑party vendors and partners, ensuring that their activities are aligned with programme plans, commitments and stakeholder expectations. You will provide clear executive reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, budget and resource position, enabling informed decisions throughout the programme lifecycle.
You have 5-10 years' experience in project and programme management and a proven ability to lead complex HR technology and transformation initiatives. You understand the demands of delivering change across multiple teams and can guide work from planning through implementation and adoption, maintaining focus on the programme's intended business outcomes.
You have strong end-to-end programme delivery capability, including delivery planning, milestone management, prioritisation and coordination of interdependent work. You can translate broad objectives into practical, structured delivery plans and maintain momentum across a complex programme environment.
You are experienced in managing programme budgets and resources. You can maintain clear oversight of financial and capacity requirements, identify pressures early and support stakeholders to make informed choices that protect delivery priorities and outcomes.
You can establish effective programme governance and create clear executive reporting for senior stakeholders. You are able to communicate progress, risks, dependencies, budget and resource position concisely, ensuring that decisions, actions and escalations are visible and appropriately managed.
You bring a structured approach to identifying, assessing and managing risks, issues and dependencies. You can anticipate delivery impacts, coordinate mitigation activity across multiple teams and provide clear visibility of constraints that could affect programme delivery, implementation or adoption.
You have experience coordinating vendors and external partners within a technology delivery environment. You can align third‑party activity with programme plans and stakeholder expectations, manage dependencies between internal and external teams, and maintain accountability for delivery commitments.
You are an effective stakeholder manager who can work collaboratively with HR, IT, business teams, vendors and external partners. You can build alignment around programme objectives, support successful implementation and maintain focus on the adoption of delivered HR technology and transformation outcomes.
This is an opportunity to lead complex, high‑impact HR technology and transformation initiatives at the intersection of HR, IT and the wider business. You will play a central role in bringing stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners together to achieve successful implementation and sustained adoption.
If you are an experienced IT Programme Manager with a track record of leading HR technology or transformation programmes, we would welcome your application. Please submit a CV outlining your programme‑delivery experience, including examples of planning, governance, budget and resource management, vendor coordination, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.
