Job summary

Ekco in Cork, Ireland is seeking an IT/OT Support Engineer to maintain and secure OT environments, manage VM infrastructure, and control access within a regulated setting. You will onboard/offboard users, enable remote access, and ensure backup and recovery for critical OT systems.

You will implement OT cybersecurity initiatives, collaborate with Quality and CSV teams, and help create design documents, threat monitoring, and BCP plans while promoting training and awareness across OTCS.

Qualifications

• Proven OT/IT support experience in regulated environments.
• CCNA certification and basic networking knowledge.
• Experience with VM management and OT cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Virtual Machines on TS managed hardware.
• Onboard/offboard user accounts and groups via IAM processes.
• Facilitate remote access to the OT environment for deployment and support teams.
• Manage user and group access to OT resources.
• Ensure backup and recovery of critical OT systems per vendor processes.
• Support OTCS initiatives including IAM, Tanium, Nozomi, USB hardening.
