• Hands-on hardware installation and support for servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, NAS.
• Proficiency with Windows OS deployment and Active Directory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT/OT cybersecurity support within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
• Manage and troubleshoot Ethernet LAN and Wi-Fi networks.
• Configure and maintain Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls and network hardware.
• Install and support servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, and NAS.
• Deploy Windows OS and manage Active Directory across domains.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation (URS, DS, DDS, validation, verification).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation and compliance.
