Medtronic Ireland is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a team across three manufacturing sites—Parkmore, Mervue and Athlone. In this hybrid role you will own end-to-end IT service delivery, drive security, reliability and continuous improvement, and partner with global IT, HR and operations to align technology with business priorities.

You will manage budgets, develop talent, and implement manufacturing IT systems such as MES and ERP, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifikationen

• Minimum NFQ level 8 Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or regulated environments is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage an IT team across three Irish manufacturing sites (Parkmore, Mervue, Athlone).
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, incident and problem management, and service improvements.
• Partner with global IT, HR and Manufacturing AI and Digital strategy to align technology with business goals.
• Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and roadmaps for site operations.
• Manage site IT budgets, forecasts, and capital planning for site initiatives.
