Job summary

PepsiCo Cork IT internship offers hands-on experience across application support, infrastructure, cybersecurity and end-user services. You will work with global IT teams, contribute to reporting and analytics, and participate in IT projects across the Cork campus and beyond.

The role involves collaboration with local and remote teams, and exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot, ServiceNow, SAP, and Power BI. This fixed-term opportunity supports a culture of inclusion and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in BIS/CS/Software Engineering/Data Analytics or related field.
• Solid understanding of AI apps, Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT issues and help implement corrective actions.
• Maintain PepsiCo Cork IT equipment and inventory databases.
• Support IT reporting and analysis for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Assist with IT projects rolled out across the Cork campus.
• Attend IT team meetings and collaborate with local and remote teams.
• Support PepsiCo TY work experience program.
