Job summary

ATC (part of Arvato) Ireland is seeking an IT Helpdesk & Network Administrator to provide first line support for IT systems and networks across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot end-user issues, maintain network stability, and ensure security policies are followed.

Travel between Swords and Baldonnel sites is required; a third-level IT qualification and a valid driving licence are essential, as is strong communication and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Third-level IT qualification or equivalent networking experience.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and network architecture.
• Full valid driving license.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT helpdesk support across sites.
• Offer PC, server, networking, telecommunications, printers, licensing, security analysis and procurement support.
• Install, configure, repair, monitor and support desktop, server and telecoms infrastructure.
• Deliver network support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Administer user accounts and access controls in line with security policies.
• Analyze helpdesk trends to reduce support calls and maintain documentation.
