Job summary

Archer (Ireland) in Galway is seeking an IT/CyberSecurity Lead to own security across an expanding international group. You will shape the security function, drive policies, risk management and audits, and work with the Group IT Manager and external MSP.

With a hands-on remit and genuine autonomy, you’ll implement incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery plans while influencing strategic decisions and delivering meaningful improvements for the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs and infrastructure security.
• Experience creating and maintaining security policies and documentation.
• Understanding of NIS2, ISO27001, GDPR or similar frameworks.
