CPL, an international technology and cybersecurity organisation, is establishing a new Dublin operation with a senior leadership role to build it from the ground up. You will lead an initial team of around 20 professionals across Software Engineering and DFIR, reporting to global executives.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic P&L ownership, and the energy to shape culture, operations and stakeholder relationships across time zones in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership experience within technology, cybersecurity, professional services or consulting.
• A consulting background would be particularly advantageous.
• Strong technical awareness across Software Engineering, Data Architecture and Cybersecurity.
• Experience managing budgets, commercial performance or a P&L.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with senior executives internationally.
• Experience building, scaling or developing a team, office or business unit.
• Ambitious, energetic, career-driven mindset withHands-on entrepreneurial leadership style.

The Opportunity

• We are partnering with a rapidly growing international technology and cybersecurity organisation as they establish a new operation in Ireland.
• This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded individual who wants to play a key role in building and developing a new Dublin-based operation from the ground up.
• The successful candidate will lead an initial team of approximately 20 professionals across Software Engineering and Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR), while working closely with senior executive leadership internationally. The position will also act as the senior representative for the organisation in Ireland.
• Culturally, this is a young, ambitious and entrepreneurial organisation. The successful candidate will need to bring the energy, drive and hands-on leadership style required to work effectively with an emerging team, while also having the seniority and credibility to represent the Irish business with global executives and external stakeholders.

Experience & Profile

• Strong leadership experience within technology, cybersecurity, professional services or consulting.
• A consulting background would be particularly advantageous.
• Strong technical awareness with the ability to engage credibly at a high level across Software Engineering, Data Architecture and Cybersecurity.
• Experience managing budgets, commercial performance or a P&L.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with senior executives internationally.
• Experience building, scaling or developing a team, office or business unit would be highly advantageous.
• An ambitious, energetic and career-driven mindset, with a genuine appetite to build something rather than inherit an established operation.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial leadership style, with the ability to operate effectively in a young, fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working in a demanding international business and collaborating across time zones.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with the ability to engage effectively with highly technical teams.
• Must have Irish/EU Citizenship and be based within a commutable distance to Dublin.
