Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Ireland (Dublin) seeks a Warehouse/Asset Technician to manage inbound/outbound hardware, process returns and fulfill requests, ensuring accurate picking, packing and labeling of high-value IT assets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflows, update inventory in the system, and conduct monthly counts while supporting SOPs and process improvements (5S, VSM).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a warehouse with IT Asset Management experience.
• Proficiency in Jira and Excel (or similar).
• Forklift qualifications/certification.
• Experience with inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship high-value IT assets accurately.
• Process hardware requests via ticketing system.
• Process returned hardware and categorize for reuse or holds.
• Update inventory system to track movements of hardware.
• Receive, inspect, and input new hardware into inventory system.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Address client escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for operations.
• Support ad hoc management projects (5S, VSM).
