MM Fiber Packaging Ireland is seeking a Site IT Administrator to support the Glasnevin manufacturing site and wider UK and Ireland operations. You will handle first- and second-line IT support, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and 365 administration, plus OT-related issues.

You will collaborate with production, engineering and Group IT to ensure reliable, secure and compliant local services, contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes and support delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration or a site-based IT role, ideally within manufacturing or another operational environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting endpoints, servers, network infrastructure, peripherals and Microsoft workplace technologies.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP and core network concepts, with the judgement to escalate specialist issues appropriately.
• Experience in manufacturing, OT, VMware, Aruba Networking or ServiceNow would be an advantage.
