Job summary

Comtrade 360 is seeking a QA Engineer to join an Entitlement Domain project impacting millions of users. You will help shape domain test strategy, design test scenarios, and drive automation across API and UI layers in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure product quality, stability, and scalability, while mentoring junior QA staff and coordinating cross-domain testing efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in test automation, with strong hands-on expertise in Java.
• Advanced knowledge of automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), FitNesse, JMeter, and REST API testing with Postman.
• Proven ability to define and drive test strategy, ensuring consistency across teams and alignment with quality standards.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and integration of automated tests into delivery workflows (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
• Leadership experience guiding QA teams, promoting best practices in automation and testing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities at solution level.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Owners, Scrum Masters, and Architects to drive quality improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear reporting, knowledge sharing, and alignment across distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern tooling, including IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, and supporting environments.
