Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer with strong Java development skills to build quality into software from the ground up. You’ll collaborate with developers, architects and product teams to design scalable solutions and robust automation frameworks.

Key tasks include designing and maintaining automated tests (acceptance, integration, end-to-end), improving CI/CD processes, code reviews, and ensuring reliability and performance across the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, REST/Rest Assured, JSON and XML.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures and software design principles.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, TestNG or Spock.
• Hands-on experience with Git and modern source control practices.
• Experience with Jenkins or Bamboo and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SonarQube and code coverage tools.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Pivotal GemFire is desirable.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle or similar relational DBs.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and reliability/performance focus.
