The ACIA is looking to hire a Business Analyst to support the development, delivery and operation of products and tools that empower Aon colleagues and clients. You will work across all stages of the product and project lifecycles to identify, design, develop, launch, deliver, operate, and continuously improve our solutions. This role will play a key part in shaping and executing the roadmap for our Analytics Platform and will involve participation in cross-functional agile projects that span multiple teams and geographies.
You will be joining the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA), working at the heart of Aon’s Analytics Platform. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with product owners, data and analytics specialists and technology teams to shape how data-driven insights are delivered to colleagues and clients. You will have exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across regions and solution lines, and the chance to influence how products evolve over time through continuous improvement, optimisation and innovation in a truly global, agile environment.
