AIB is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Data Retention & Governance Team. You will translate business needs and regulatory obligations into actionable requirements, designs and controls focused on data retention and records management.
Based in Dublin, you will work across business, technology, risk and legal teams to drive enterprise‑wide governance capabilities and collaborate with programme and project managers to manage scope, risks and delivery milestones.

Location/Office Policy: Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 - 3 days per week onsite
The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Data Retention & Governance Team to deliver strategic and regulatory change across AIB. The role will translate business needs and regulatory obligations into clear requirements, process designs and controls, with a particular focus on data retention and records management.
Sitting within the Data Retention & Governance Team, the role operates across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal and operational teams. You will translate business needs, regulatory obligations and strategic objectives into structured, implementable requirements and solution designs for data retention.
The role provides the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide data retention and records management capabilities, working with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, compliance and legal functions.
