TSA Riley Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Regional Lead for Ireland to drive growth and establish our Irish presence. You will shape strategy, lead client relationships, and develop the local team and office to scale activity.

Based in Dublin or Cork, you will work with the UK and global TSA Riley Group to win work, build a regional pipeline and deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions across rail, transport, water and energy sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in infrastructure consultancy or related environments.
• Proven track record in client account management and relationship development.
• Strong business development skills with a history of winning new work.
• Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent understanding of Irish infrastructure market and sectors.

Aufgaben

• Lead the establishment and growth of TSA Riley Infrastructure's Ireland business.
• Develop and implement the regional business strategy in line with the group growth plan.
• Build a strong market presence and reputation in the Irish infrastructure sector.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing Ireland team as the business scales.
• Collaborate with UK and broader TSA Riley Group to leverage expertise and client relationships.
• Manage senior-level client relationships and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Drive bids, proposals and opportunities, building a strong regional pipeline.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify cross-selling opportunities.
