Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Ireland offers the OPDP, a three-year rotation program designed to develop operations professionals. Participants begin with two Ireland-based rotations across technical, operations, supply chain, quality assurance and engineering, and complete a final overseas assignment outside Europe.

You will relocate between sites in Ireland and be a regular Abbott employee throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MSc in Engineering (Automation / Mechanical / Electrical / Automation) or related disciplines with grade 2:1 or higher.
• Fluent English for business communication.
• Willingness to relocate and complete a one-year assignment outside Europe; unrestricted work authorization in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three challenging, 12-month assignments across Ireland.
• Work across functional areas such as Technical, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Project Management.
• Receive mentorship and a personalized growth plan to develop core operations leadership capabilities.
