Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MSc in Engineering or related discipline with strong academic record.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Operations – Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, etc.
• Willingness to relocate to different sites in Ireland during rotations.
• Fluent English for written and verbal business communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Abbott OPDP, a three-year rotation program with three 12‑month assignments.
• Be a regular full‑time Abbott employee and receive the same salary and benefits as other employees.
• Relocate to various sites around Ireland to gain diverse exposure across operations.
• Receive mentorship and create a growth plan to advance your career in operations.
