Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland seeks an experienced Finance Controller to lead the Ireland finance function, based at Parkwest, Dublin with hybrid flexibility. You will oversee post-acquisition integration, standardise accounting policies, and harmonise opening balances and purchase price entries across the group to support rapid growth.

Qualifikationen

• Professional qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA).
• Minimum 4 years of progressive finance experience, ideally multinational.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution or retail is advantageous.
• Experience onboarding or integrating acquired businesses into a centralized finance function would be beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead post-acquisition ERP and financial system migrations and changes.
• Standardise accounting policies, controls, and reporting for acquired entities to group standards.
• Agree opening balances and purchase price accounting entries for acquired and parent entities.
• Manage Ireland stores month-end close and timely reporting to European teams.
• Maintain SOX-like control requirements and US GAAP alignment.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Ireland stores; support UK & Ireland leadership.
