Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Management Accountant to partner with UK & Ireland finance leadership, driving post‑acquisition integration and ensuring governance. Based in Dublin (Parkwest), on-site with hybrid work up to two days per week.

A fully qualified accountant with ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA and 4+ years of multinational experience is required; experience with US GAAP and UK & Irish GAAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CPA.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive finance experience in multinational/matrixed environment.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution or retail is advantageous.
• M&A/integration experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead post-acquisition integration and system migration to central ERP.
• Standardise accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting timelines across acquired entities.
• Harmonise opening balances and purchase price accounting between entities.
• Manage Ireland Stores month-end close and report to European teams within tight deadlines.
• Maintain SOX compliance and US GAAP requirements.
• Coordinate with Financial Shared Services (FSS) for AP/AR processes.
• Drive FP&A budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts for Ireland stores perimeter.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to UK & Ireland leadership.
