Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with Ireland and UK Finance Leadership, leading post-acquisition integration and governance. Based on-site Parkwest, Dublin, with hybrid model up to two days per week.The role covers SOX compliance, US GAAP, balance sheet harmonisation, FP&A, and credit control across stores. Fully qualified accountants with 4–6 years multinational experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CPA).
4–6 years of progressive finance experience, ideally multinational.
Automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution or retail exposure advantageous.
M&A/integration experience with central finance function onboarding.

Responsibilities

Lead post-acquisition integration and transition onto central ERP and financial systems.
Standardise accounting policies, internal controls and reporting timelines across acquired entities.
Balance sheet harmonisation including opening balances and purchase price accounting.
Month-end close management for UK & Ireland and ensure timely reporting to European teams.
Maintain SOX compliance and strong internal controls; liaise with FSS for AP/AR transactions.
Drive FP&A activities including budgeting and rolling forecasts for Ireland stores; provide variance analysis.
