Job summary

H&MV Engineering in Limerick is seeking a Quality Compliance Coordinator to help maintain our Integrated Management System across quality, environmental, health & safety, and information security.

You will coordinate audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001), lead investigation of incidents, and drive continuous improvement using data analytics using Power BI and Pivot tables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with quality management systems incl. ISO9001/14001/45001 and ISO27001.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and document management systems.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and AI for Continuous Improvement.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally within the industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Logical thinker with a data-driven approach.
• Eager to learn and pursue continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support IMS in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality, environmental, health & safety, and information security aspects.
• Documentation Control: Prepare, update, and control IMS documents; ensure confidentiality and retention compliance.
• Audit Coordination and Support: Coordinate internal/external audits; prepare docs; track corrective actions.
• Perform internal audits per the schedule and support external audit programs (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, Achilles).
• Lead investigations into quality incidents, non-conformances, and customer complaints; perform root cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methods; utilise Power BI, Pivot tables and AI to support improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and clients; present compliance reports to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work with departments to embed HSQE and Information Security processes across the business.
