Job summary

CELSIUS is seeking a Commercial Manager, Ireland to own the day-to-day commercial agenda and accelerate growth across the Irish market. You will lead collaborations with our distribution partner, translate strategy into executable programs, and drive distribution, visibility and in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Strong FMCG commercial experience in beverages or fast-paced consumer categories.
• Experience with major Irish retailers or within the Irish FMCG market.
• Solid understanding of retailer commercial dynamics, distribution, range, promotions and in-store execution.
• Experience working with distributors, commercial partners or customer teams.
• Willingness to spend regular time in stores and travel across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Own the CELSIUS Ireland Commercial Plan with clear KPIs and priorities.
• Lead the relationship with the distribution partner and align objectives across channels.
• Accelerate distribution and range, increasing store counts and SKUs.
• Drive visibility, availability and execution in-store, including activations.
• Lead CELSIUS field resources in Dublin and coordinate field execution.
• Own forecasting and supply coordination between Ireland, distributor and supply chain.
• Build the future of CELSIUS Ireland across grocery, convenience, wholesale, fitness, universities and new channels.
