Job summary

KKR seeks a Project Coordinator for its Private Markets Investor Reporting team in Ireland. You will lead end-to-end process mapping and design for quarterly co-investor reporting, coordinating with investments teams and senior leadership to deliver a high-quality client experience.

The role combines executive-level coordination, project management, and technical call support, handling scheduling, materials, and live Zoom/webinar activities for investor calls.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume scheduling and parallel workflows.
• Strong executive presence and ability to address issues on client calls.
• Excellent written communication for senior stakeholders.
• Technology proficiency with Zoom webinars, hosting, and recordings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and Outlook experience required.
• Attention to detail in coordinating materials and schedules.
• Project management mindset with tracking progress and deadlines.
• Experience in executive coordination and/or project management is required.
• Background in financial services is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and execution of investor update calls quarterly (~120–150).
• Coordinate calendars across investment teams, senior management, and external investors.
• Ensure invitations, logistics, and materials are distributed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with deal teams, client services, and operations to finalize materials.
• Maintain version control and timely delivery of investor-facing documents.
• Track progress and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
• Manage Zoom webinars, including registration, hosting, and recording.
• Provide live call support and post-call distribution of recordings and materials.
• Maintain a central reporting tracker and identify risks to timelines.
