Job summary

KKR is seeking an experienced investment professional to lead the CAPS Credit function, a senior role coordinating RFIs, DDQs, and RFPs across Dublin and New York. Qualifications

• 10+ years in asset management or financial services, with RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, or client reporting delivery experience.
• Proven people leadership or team leadership and coaching experience.
• Execution excellence: independently manage complex, senior-level client deliverables with sound judgement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across investment, product, and control functions in a global matrix.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational discipline, and commitment to high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with content databases and proposal management tools.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex Credit concepts into client-ready responses.
• Deep understanding of alternative investments, especially private and public credit; knowledge of credit products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of complex Credit client deliverables (RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, inquiries) across private and public credit strategies.
• Serve as a senior resource on the Credit platform, including investment strategy, product structure, and portfolio construction.
• Quality-check team deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with disclosures and firm messaging; identify risks and address gaps.
• Lead the CAPS Credit team in Dublin and New York; manage workflow, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery standards.
• Foster coaching, development, and onboarding; build a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Engage with cross-functional partners (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Client Solutions) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Drive initiatives to scale the function: content governance, template optimization, and AI-enabled productivity adoption.
